Good afternoon EB-5 RC Consular Processing lawsuit plaintiffs,

Good news! This afternoon our team has filed our lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. We’ll be in touch tomorrow with a link to view the filed complaint.

What’s next?

We are now working on getting the complaint officially “served” to the government defendants. The government then has 60 days to answer our complaint. Their answer will probably be a request to dismiss the case, and we’ll have an opportunity to reply.

In the meantime, we hope that the Department of State will take the lawsuit as motivation to get your visa applications moving.

We will be in touch with the government attorneys, and depending on what we learn about how DoS is handling your cases, we will strategize about our possible next steps.

We will keep you updated by email when there are important developments, and we will be available to answer your questions most weeks via our Youtube channel livestreams at 12:00 pm Eastern.
