James Hollis is an attorney in the Nashville office of Siskind Susser PC, where his practice focuses exclusively on immigration and nationality law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hollis founded a practice in which he counseled entrepreneurs on all phases of the immigration process, from establishing an entity in the United States, to making necessary investments, to submitting an application to the immigration authorities.
Mr. Hollis earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was Associate Editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Furman University, where he graduated magna cum laude, was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha, and was the winner of the Senior Honors Essay Award for the best undergraduate thesis in Political Science.
