Keerthan M. Murali is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, where he earned an LLM with a focus on immigration law. During his time at Emory, he contributed to the Immigration Law Clinic and served as Secretary of the LLM Society, fostering his passion for supporting individuals and businesses in navigating immigration challenges. He also holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) from Saveetha School of Law in India, where he graduated with First Class Honors and contributed as an editor of the university’s law magazine.
At Joseph & Hall, Mr. Murali specializes in business immigration, working closely with employers and individuals to navigate the intricacies of the U.S. immigration system. His practice includes temporary work visas, PERM applications, immigrant petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, and ensuring compliance with Department of Labor and USCIS regulations. He is dedicated to providing strategic solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs, handling complex cases with precision and care.
Licensed to practice law through the Georgia Bar Association and the Bar Council of India, Mr. Murali brings a unique global perspective to his work. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and remains deeply informed on evolving immigration policies, enabling him to deliver effective advocacy for his clients.
Outside of the office, Mr. Murali enjoys hiking, rock climbing, playing soccer, and volunteering at animal shelters.
