ABOUT ROBBY RUBIN

Robby Rubin is an attorney in the Memphis office of Siskind Susser. Robby’s practice currently covers a wide range of topics including Form I-9 compliance and audits, as well as H-2B visas.

Robby also assists in the publishing and updating of AILA’s Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of the firm’s proprietary legal software and technology.

ROBBY’S BIOGRAPHY

Robby Rubin is an attorney in the Memphis office of Siskind Susser. Robby’s practice currently covers a wide range of topics including Form I-9 compliance and audits, as well as H-2B visas. Robby also assists in the publishing and updating of AILA’s Immigration Law Practice and Procedure Manual, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of the firm’s proprietary legal software and technology.

Mr. Rubin earned his Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan, New York. Mr. Rubin was selected to participate in the Alexander Fellowship Program in his penultimate semester of law school, where he clerked for the late Judge Jack Weinstein full-time. Mr. Rubin also spent time as an intern in the Terrorism and International Narcotics unit in the Southern District of New York’s federal prosecutor’s office.

After graduating in May 2019, Mr. Rubin was hired into the Department of Justice’s Attorney General’s Honors Program, where he worked as an attorney advisor at the Executive Office of Immigration Review, in both the Miami and Memphis courthouses. Mr. Rubin also volunteered his time throughout law school to represent New York City children placed in Superintendent’s suspension and disciplinary hearings.

Mr. Rubin earned his undergraduate degree (Cum Laude) from Yeshiva University where he studied English and Spanish, while simultaneously maintaining a full-time courseload of Judaic studies. Mr. Rubin additionally played on the men’s tennis team for four years, where he was named to the student athlete academic honor roll for three of his four years, twice named a Scholar Athlete by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, and recognized as team captain in his senior year. Mr. Rubin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is a member of the Florida bar.
