Mr. Waleed Naser is an Associate Attorney at Kuck l Baxter Immigration. He has experience in many areas of immigration law, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, removal/deportation, and federal court litigation.
Waleed earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he graduated with a Certificate in Advocacy. While in law school, Waleed developed a broad understanding of the U.S. immigration system through working and interning with private law firms, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. He was also very involved in his law school’s moot court program, receiving best advocate awards in back-to-back intra-school competitions his first two years, and making national runner-up his final year in the Robert F. Wagner Employment Law Moot Court Competition in New York City. Waleed remains active in moot court by volunteering as a coach for both undergraduate and law school moot court teams.
Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Waleed is the son of Palestinian-American immigrants and speaks Arabic fluently. Waleed is a licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association. When Waleed isn’t working, he enjoys taking care of his pet fish and traveling with his wife.
